Tracking low humidity and cooler temperatures

TODAY: Partly to mostly sunny with an isolated shower possible. Temperatures will only warm into the upper 70s and lower 80s. Humidity will be low for the day.

TONIGHT: Conditions remain calm and clouds will mostly clear out. Temperatures will fall into the low 60s.

EXTENDED: Beautiful conditions will continue through Wednesday before that summertime heat and humidity begins to creep back into the area. Late in the week, an area of high pressure builds just to our south, allowing winds to shift back south for the remainder of the workweek. As a warm front works its way across the area on Friday, a few showers and thunderstorms will be possible. The weekend will present temperatures just slightly warmer than normal with daily chances of scattered storms as disturbances slide in one by one through Monday.
