Tracking heavy rain this morning
TUESDAY: The biggest concern in the short-term will be torrential rains courtesy of Cristobal. Most of us will have picked up 1-3” by the time the rain begins to thin out this afternoon. Sunshine looks possible this afternoon with highs in the middle 80s. This sunshine could help destabilize the atmosphere with another round of storms attempting to flare up. If storms fire, they'll pose a severe threat with damaging winds the primary threat. For the latest info, head over to the Insider Blog.

TONIGHT: That window seems fairly slim into this evening, but can't completely rule out rain overnight with lows in the 60's.
EXTENDED: Rest of Wednesday is looking cloudy with a slight chance we see some more light showers, especially early. Temperatures will struggle to get much warmer then the low 70s. A bit warmer toward the second half of the week with quiet weather becoming the theme. Sunshine will be easier to come by into and through the weekend, with afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s.
