Tracking a hot and humid weekend

TODAY: Partly to mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s. Heat index in the 93-96 range.

TONIGHT: We'll see clear skies as low drop into the upper 60s.

EXTENDED: Heat and humidity stick around through Sunday and Monday with upper level high pressure overhead. Our main story of the week will come as tropical storm Cristobal makes landfall. This system will bring moisture into mid-Missouri by Tuesday. This moisture will stick around into Wednesday, but things will dry out for the end of the week. After Cristobal's moisture wears off, we'll see things begin to cool down.
