Tracking the return of Summer this week

MONDAY: A few clouds have moved in this morning. There's a chance we can squeeze a sprinkle out of one or two of these but doesn't look troublesome. Highs will reach the low to mid 80's today as the humidity starts to creep back.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy skies stick around overnight with lows backing off into the middle 60's.

EXTENDED: The warming trend will continue into Tuesday. Highs will reach the upper 80's, where they'll likely stay for the next few days. The only thing that could interrupt near 90-degree afternoons would be storm chances. Wednesday looks to be the best bet for some afternoon storms, but that could spill over into Thursday. Otherwise, prepare for the heat and humidity with heat indices pushing into the low to mid 90s through the weekend.
