Tracking more storms for Memorial Day

STORMS TODAY

MEMORIAL DAY: Most will start out dry with some filtered sunshine possible. That looks to be short-lived today as showers and storms will push back in toward the later morning hours. Those will stick around through the evening. It's possible one or two brings some gusty winds but the main concern is lightning today.

TONIGHT: Storms will thin out in coverage a bit but still hang around overnight. Lows will make it into the upper 60's.

EXTENDED: This looks like it will be a pretty similar forecast for much of this week. It will stay warm with highs around 80 with that humidity sticking around. We'll be tracking showers and storms just about everyday getting into Friday before a front moves through. Rain chances will generally favor the afternoon with dry time in between rounds. There doesn't appear to be much of a severe threat but these things can be tough to pin down a few days out. Localized flooding could be a threat if we add up enough rain in some spots.
