Tracking potential for strong storms later today

SEVERE STORMS POSSIBLE

TUESDAY: A mix of sun and clouds throughout the morning. A cold front will drop south and fire off storms later this afternoon, some of which could become severe. All modes of severe weather are possible, for the latest details head over to the Stormtrack Insider Blog, or if you want to check out the radar later today, here's a link. Highs today will make it into the upper 70's before storms break out.

TONIGHT: A line of storms will be moving southeast this evening, exiting the area by 10PM. Things remain quiet after that as lows fall into the low 50's.

EXTENDED: Light showers look to return Wednesday as moisture wraps around the backside of Tuesday's storm system. Clouds, rain, and winds out of the north will keep temperatures in the low 60's. Rain finally moves out by Thursday, with sunshine and middle 60's returning. That quiet weather continues into Friday with highs getting into the 70's and stick around into the start of the weekend as rain chances return.
