Warmer weather sticks around through Christmas

TONIGHT: Clear skies and chilly. Lows near 30.

SUNDAY: After a cool start, we warm up quickly with lots of sunshine. Temperatures rise in the mid 50s by the afternoon!

EXTENDED: Southerly winds will continue to pump in mild air across mid-Missouri through Christmas day. Travel weather looks easy-going for a majority of the nation. No big storms are expected to impact the country. Much of the midwest will seee temperatures 15-25 degrees above normal this week, including mid-Missouri. The warming trend look to get kicked out late next week as our next cold front brings cooler air and a couple rain chances.
