A frigid, foggy start this morning
TUESDAY: A frigid start with snow on the ground is leading to some fog trying to develop this morning. That looks to be dense in some spots this morning, which will lead to patchy slick spots on top of what already exists. Take it easy on the roads, especially this morning. We'll try to start melting some of that leftover snow this afternoon with sunshine returning, but temperatures only make it into the low 30s.
TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies overhead will turn into another cold morning, with overnight lows falling into the teens with wind chills in the single digits once again.
EXTENDED: Another cold day on Wednesday with highs likely in the low 30s once again, but we'll be looking at some warmer temperatures after that. Thursday we get back into the middle 40s and close the week there on Friday. We look to stair-step up with temperatures through the weekend and be back in the low to mid 50s by next Monday, while we stay dry.
