More light showers possible this morning

headerr

FRIDAY: Most of the rain has moved out this morning. We could see a spot shower or two but not much to worry about until tonight. Highs only manage the low 40s.

TONIGHT: Another system is crawling toward Mid-Missouri this morning that looks to bring some more measurable rain chances. With it moving in toward the overnight hours, it will try to change over to some snow falling by tomorrow morning. Still not expecting much from this system, with at most a dusting on some grassy surfaces but will be spotty.

EXTENDED: Things finally start settling down into the weekend as we start drying out by midday on Saturday. Temperatures only make it into the low 40s again so any tailgaters will need a jacket. By game time, temperatures will be in the upper 30s. Sunday will be the better bet to get out and soak up some sunshine, with highs in the 50s. They'll stay there on Monday but toward the middle of the week, we'll be tracking a low-pressure system that could cause some travel problems around the Midwest. Rain seems more likely at this moment in Mid-Missouri, but snow isn't out of the question. Still a lot to iron out with this system so stay tuned.
