Foggy, cold start to Friday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and quite cold with lows falling into the upper teens and low 20s. Patchy fog is possible through mid-morning.

FRIDAY: Early morning fog followed by mostly sunny skies. Highs in the upper 40s.

EXTENDED: The more mild weather continues into the weekend with a few clouds passing through on Saturday. Morning temperatures will be chilly for tailgating at the Mizzou football game, but by afternoon we'll top out near 50. For Sunday, a weak front passes through, bringing more clouds and a chance for a few showers in the morning. Highs still reach the upper 40s to around 50. Next week, a southwest upper flow pattern keeps temperatures near our seasonal average in the low to mid-50s, and we don't see our next chance of organized precipitation until Thursday.
