One More Day of Warmth

SATURDAY NIGHT: Clear, lows in the lower 40's

SUNDAY: Clouds building, highs in the upper 50's

EXTENDED: The warmth we've been seeing lingers for one more day, however, a strong cold front is slowly making it's way toward Mid-Missouri. Once the front passes, we are tracking the possibility for rain showers leading into Monday morning since temperatures will be below freezing. Minimal accumulation is expected, however we could see freezing on elevated surfaces. A Weather Alert Day is in effect from Monday night into Wednesday morning for the potential of dangerous wind chills in the single digits Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. All of next week stays below average with highs in the 30s and 40s.
