Dry, but cool start to the weekend

weekend forecast

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds, chilly. Lows in the low 30s.

SATURDAY: Partly to mostly sunny, 48.

EXTENDED: Winds shift back to the southwest on Sunday, bringing temperatures up into the mid-50s with partly cloudy skies to end the weekend. Next week, the upper level flow through the jet stream will be from the northwest, keeping temperatures cooler than average, and eventually bring a few chances for precipitation later in the week. The exact track and timing of these chances will become more clear as each system develops. By the end of the week, more arctic air fills in, keeping highs in the low to mid-40s and lows in the 20s.
