Tracking a gradual weekend warm-up with low storm chances throughout

TODAY: I'm tracking mostly sunny conditions throughout the rest of the afternoon as temperatures warm into the low 80s. Winds will be out of the southeast at 5-10 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking a gradual increase in isolated storm chances overnight as temperatures drop into the mid-60s by the end of the night. Winds will continue to blow out of the south at 5-8 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking isolated storm chances continuing throughout most of Saturday as temperatures warm into the upper 80s. Storm chances will continue throughout Sunday, with temperatures persisting in the mid to upper 80s by the afternoon hours, but by Monday, warmer weather truly returns. Mostly sunny conditions with temperatures in the low 90s, feeling closer to the upper 90s, are expected for Monday afternoon. Slightly better chances for more isolated to scattered showers and storms return for the Tuesday through Thursday timeframe, and with this, another cooldown can be expected, with low 80s returning by the end of the week.
