Tracking a chilly end to the weekend before warmer weather returns

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures starting in the low 20s during the morning hours, warming up into the upper 30s by the afternoon hours. Sunshine is expected throughout the day as winds blow out of the northwest at 5-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking temperatures cooling back off into the mid-20s by the end of the night. Clear sky conditions are expected as winds shift into the southwest at 5-10 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking another sunny but cool start to the day on Monday, but southerly winds at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph will help temperatures warm into the low 50s by the afternoon hours. Even warmer weather is expected on Tuesday as temperatures begin in the upper 30s, warming into the upper 50s by the afternoon hours. Increasing cloud cover is expected throughout the day ahead of a cold front that passes through Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. This will bring a brief chance for precipitation, and will lead to temperatures only warming up into the upper 30s and low 40s for the rest of the week.
