Tracking dry and seasonable weather lasting into the weekend

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the mid-30s by the afternoon hours as mostly sunshine with some upper-level clouds is expected. Winds will be out of the west at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking temperatures dropping into the mid-20s by the end of the night as winds blow out of the west at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. Mostly clear conditions can be expected throughout the overnight hours.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking some clouds during the morning hours of Wednesday before sunshine makes a return for the afternoon. This will lead to temperatures warming into the mid-40s as winds blow out of the west at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. A slightly cloudier day can be expected on Thursday, leading to temperatures warming into the upper 30s. More sunshine will return for Friday-Sunday, leading to temperatures warming into the 40s and low 50s for the weekend. Dry weather can be expected throughout the next 7 days.
