Tracking noticeable warmth quickly coming to an end

TODAY: I'm tracking a mix of clouds and sun this afternoon as temperatures warm into the low 60s by the afternoon hours. Winds will be out of the northeast at 5-10 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds increasing overnight as temperatures drop into the mid-40s by the end of the night. Winds will be shifting into the southeast at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the low 70s tomorrow afternoon, even with persistent cloud cover, as winds blow out of the south at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. Sunday morning will start warm in the low 60s as showers and storms enter the area, which will last into the afternoon. After this precipitation passes, much colder air arrives as temperatures by 3-4 pm will be in the low 40s. Dry weather will return for next week, but colder weather will last. Temperatures are in the mid-20s Monday afternoon, then will warm into the upper 30s by Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon.
