Tracking seesawing temperatures over the weekend

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and cold, with temperatures staying in the mid-30s. Winds from the south may gust up to 20 mph.

TOMORROW: Sunny and mild, with highs returning to the low to mid 50s. Southerly winds remain breezy between 5 and 10 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: Temperatures will briefly dip back into the 40s on Sunday, but the rest of the forecast remains very warm for late December. Highs return to the 50s on Monday, climbing into the 60s on Tuesday. By Wednesday, Christmas Eve, temperatures will be in the upper 60s, and we could reach 70 degrees on Christmas Day. Dry weather is expected throughout the next week, with good travel conditions for most of the region.
