Tracking a dry weekend and a much warmer Christmas week

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the low 40s by the afternoon hours as plenty of sunshine is expected. Winds will be out of the south at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking temperatures gradually cooling into the low 30s by the overnight hours. Mostly clear conditions are expected, and winds will be out of the south at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a slightly warmer afternoon as temperatures reach the low 50s with a mix of clouds and sun expected. It will briefly cool off for Sunday as temperatures only warm into the mid-40s by the afternoon hours, but a noticeable warmup is expected for Christmas week. Clouds will be present through the first half of the week, but that won't stop temperatures from getting into the low 50s by Monday and the low 60s by Tuesday. For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, expect temperatures to get into the mid to upper 60s each afternoon. Mostly dry conditions can be expected over the next 7 days.
