Tracking a sunny and mild weekend before rain returns

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds lingering throughout the evening hours, as a few light but brief showers will be possible. Winds will be out of the north at 8-12 mph as temperatures drop into the low 40s by the end of the night.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking clouds clearing during the morning hours, leading to a sunny afternoon as temperatures warm into the mid 50s. Winds will be out of the northwest at 4-8 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a gradual increase in cloud cover on Sunday as temperatures warm into the low 60s by the afternoon hours. Rain will once again enter the forecast by Monday morning, lasting throughout the majority of the day until early Tuesday morning. It is expected to be dry the rest of the week, but a noticeable cooldown is on the way. Temperatures by Wednesday morning will be in the low 30s, only warming into the mid 40s by the afternoon hours. Thanksgiving Day is expected to be even cooler, starting in the mid 20s, only warming into the low 40s.
