Tracking clouds and rain ending the week before a dry weekend

TODAY: I'm tracking a cloudy rest of the day as winds blow out of the southeast at 5-10 mph. This persistent cloud cover will only allow temperatures to warm into the mid 50s by the afternoon hours, and will also lead to a lack of change through the overnight hours as temperatures cool into the upper 40s.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking a round of showers and storms possible near the I-44 corridor during the morning hours. Temperatures will warm into the low 60s by the afternoon hours as cloud cover continues to persist over Central Missouri. Most of the afternoon will be dry, but widespread rainfall is expected to enter the area by late afternoon/evening.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking rain lasting throughout Friday morning before gradually exiting by the afternoon hours. Temperatures will only warm into the upper 50s as cooler air takes over. This somewhat cooler weather will last through the weekend, but it will be dry for both Saturday and Sunday. This dry weather doesn't last long, though, as another round of showers is expected Monday night into Tuesday.
