Tracking a mostly sunny and mild week ahead

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the low 60s by the afternoon hours with little to no cloud cover throughout the day. Winds will be out of the north at 5-7 mph before gradually shifting into the south overnight as temperatures drop into the low 40s.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the low 70s by the afternoon hours as winds blow out of the south at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. These strong southerly winds paired with plenty of sunshine are the reason why a warmer afternoon is expected.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking sunshine persisting but a slightly cooler afternoon on Wednesday after the passage of a dry cold front Tuesday night. Dry and slightly cooler conditions will last into Thursday afternoon before chances of rain arrive overnight and last into Friday morning. A mostly dry weekend is expected, but a noticeable cooldown is expected as temperatures transition from mid 60s Saturday afternoon to low 50s Sunday afternoon.
