Tracking brisk mornings, mild afternoons, and weekend rain

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the mid 60s as sunshine persists in the area. Winds will blow out of the northwest at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 15 mph as temperatures cool into the upper 30s by the end of the night.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking another sunny day as temperatures warm into the mid 60s by the afternoon hours. Winds will continue to blow out of the north at 4-8 mph throughout the day.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking clouds and rain chances entering the area by Friday morning, with the best potential of rainfall arriving Friday evening-Saturday morning. Temperatures won't vary much during this time, starting in the mid 40s and only warming into the upper 50s by the afternoon hours. Rain chances will continue through the rest of the weekend into the start of next week as afternoon temperatures gradually get back into the low 60s by Sunday.
