Tracking a brief warmup before rain and cooler weather arrive

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds exiting the region as temperatures drop into the mid 50s by the end of the night as winds blow out of the south at 8-12 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking sunshine throughout the majority of the day as temperatures warm into the low 80s by the afternoon hours. It will be breezy as winds blow out of the south at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph before rain chances creep into the area overnight.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking scattered showers to start the day Monday, but cooler weather is set to come with it as temperatures only warm into the mid 70s by the afternoon hours. Cloud cover persists through Tuesday before sunshine makes a return Wednesday-Thursday. This will help temperatures warm into the upper 70s before another system arrives Friday-Saturday. This will bring more chances of showers and storms, as well as another cooldown behind it.
