Tracking milder fall air and sunshine

TODAY: Mostly sunny and mild, with highs in the low to mid 70s.

TONIGHT: Cool and mostly clear, with lows in the lower 50s, possibly upper 40s.

EXTENDED: Rain returns tomorrow morning as we wake up to spotty showers and storms early on Friday. These showers will continue through at least noon, lingering in southern Missouri into the early afternoon. Rain amounts will be light, only a few tenths of an inch at most, and conditions will dry up quickly by Friday night football. Saturday's game at Mizzou will be perfect, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the 70s. Next week trends drier and warmer again as highs return to the 80s by Sunday.
