Tracking summer-like warmth continuing into the weekend

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the mid 80s by the afternoon hours before slowly cooling back down into the low 60s through the overnight hours. Winds will be out of the southeast at 5-8 mph during this time period, and partly cloudy sky conditions can be expected.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking clouds exiting the area as temperatures warm into the mid to upper 80s by the afternoon hours. Winds will be blowing out of the southwest at 5-10 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking dry, sunny, and warm weather persisting into the weekend as temperatures each afternoon continue to warm into the mid to upper 80s. This trend is set to eventually break down as a shot of rainfall arrives Tuesday-Wednesday. Although total rainfall amounts are set to be low, this will begin the change of slightly cooler weather returning by the end of next week.
