Tracking a rain-filled forecast through next week
TONIGHT: I'm tracking isolated showers and storms possible throughout the rest of the evening. Temperatures will drop into the low 60s by the end of the night as winds blow out of the southwest 5-8 mph.
TOMORROW: I'm tracking isolated showers possible in the morning and early afternoon with more widespread storms arriving during the later afternoon hours. Temperatures will only warm into the low 80s as winds blow out of the west at 8-12 mph.
EXTENDED: I'm tracking daily rain and storm chances lasting throughout the majority of next week. The best chance to see more widespread rainfall will arrive on Tuesday and last into Wednesday morning. Showers will slowly exit the region and Central Missouri will see slightly more dry weather by next weekend. Through the next 7 days, temperatures are expected to cool off slightly, with afternoon highs only getting into the mid 70s.
