Tracking another stretch of summer-like heat

TONIGHT: I'm tracking a warm but quiet evening as temperatures gradually cool into the upper 60s by the end of the night. A mostly clear sky can be expected as winds stay out of the southwest at 5-10 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking a hot and mostly sunny afternoon as temperatures warm into the mid 90s by the afternoon hours. It will feel closer to the triple digits with the aid of southwesterly winds bringing in this warmer air at 8-12 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking mostly dry and hot weather lasting through the weekend and into the first half of next week. Temperatures each afternoon will be in the low 90s, and very isolated rain potential can be expected during this period of time. Wednesday through Thursday, a slightly better potential of rainfall can be expected. After this, a gradual cooling trend can be expected.
