TODAY: Mostly sunny and warm, with highs in the lower to mid-80s.

EXTENDED: The weekend remains pleasant, with temperatures in the mid-80s and lots of sunshine on Saturday. Sunday will be a few degrees cooler in the lower 80s as cloud cover increases, but dry conditions are still expected throughout the weekend. Low rain chances are possible on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but measurable rain is unlikely. Rain totals are expected to be only a few tenths of an inch throughout the forecast. A cold front will move through between Wednesday and Thursday, bringing cooler temperatures for the end of next week.
