Tracking one last dry, hazy day before showers and storms arrive

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clear and quiet conditions as temperatures drop into the low 60s by the end of the night. Winds will be shifting into the south at 5-8 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking hazy sky conditions persisting through the day as temperatures warm into the upper 80s by the afternoon hours. This will be with the help of southerly winds at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: Tuesday marks the beginning of a more active period as the first round of showers and storms arrive in the afternoon/evening. This round has the potential for some storms to be strong, with damaging wind gusts and hail being the main concern. Showers will persist into Wednesday morning, and daily storm chances will continue through the end of next weekend. Throughout this active period, temperatures will be in the upper 70s and low 80s each afternoon.
