Tracking sunshine and warmer weather making a return

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds clearing and colder weather making a return with the help of northerly winds at 5-10 mph. Temperatures will fall into the mid 40s by the end of the night.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking more sunshine and warmer weather making a return as temperatures get into the mid 60s by the afternoon hours. Winds will still be out of the north at 5-10 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking sunshine to start the week with temperatures in the upper 60s and low 70s for Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday evening, chances for showers will return, with the best chances for more widespread rainfall on Wednesday. Chances to see rain will last throughout Friday morning before sunshine makes a return for next weekend. Throughout the rainy period, temperatures will be in the mid 60s and low 70s each afternoon.
