Tracking a spring warmup and lots of sunshine

TODAY: Sunny and seasonal with highs in the low 50s. Winds from the southwest will be steady with a few afternoon gusts up to 20 mph.

TOMORROW: Cloudy in the morning with peeks at sunshine in the afternoon. Temperatures climb to the mid to upper 50s, possibly 60 at the Lake. Winds pick up out of the west with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: High temperatures peak in the low 60s on Tuesday with better sunshine, but clouds and rain chances return on Wednesday. Rain is expected to be light, and late-week temperatures are only set back a few degrees. Highs likely remain near or above average in the 50s through the end of the month.
