Tracking a much warmer week ahead with plenty of sunshine

TONIGHT: I'm tracking slightly warmer weather as temperatures drop into the low 20s by the end of the night. A mostly clear sky can be expected with winds out of the southwest at 5-10 mph and gusts up to 15 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking a much warmer afternoon as temperatures warm into the low 50s. This warmup process will happen with the help of a mostly sunny day and winds out of the southwest at 5-10 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a significantly warmer week on average compared to last week as daily afternoon high temperatures will be in the mid 50s to low 60s. It will also be a drier week overall as mid to upper level cloud cover at most will be observed. The only exception I am tracking will arrive on Wednesday as a low chance (10-20%) of rain can be expected throughout the day.
