Tracking a cool Super Bowl Sunday and snow to start the week
TONIGHT: I'm tracking clouds exiting throughout the rest of the evening with winds out of the north at 5-10 mph and gusts up to 15 mph. This will lead to temperatures cooling into the mid 20s by the end of the night.
TOMORROW: I'm tracking cloud cover making a return with temperatures only warming up into the mid 30s by the afternoon hours. Winds out of the north at 5-10 mph will make it feel slightly cooler throughout the day.
EXTENDED: I'm tracking the first chance for snow arriving Monday night and lasting throughout Tuesday. This is a weaker system and will only bring a dusting-1" of snow to the majority of the area by the end of Tuesday. Better chances at higher snowfall accumulations arrive Wednesday as a more organized system passes through Missouri. A brief break in precipitation will be observed Thursday before warmer weather and rain chances return for next weekend.
