Tracking dense fog and light rain chances today
TODAY: Dense fog through noon, with light rain also possible. Some clearing is expected in the afternoon with mild temperatures in the 50s.
TOMORROW: Fog is possible again Monday morning but likely clears early with higher winds. Temperatures reach the 50s ahead of rain chances in the evening.
EXTENDED: Rain tracks mostly across northern Missouri into early Tuesday; however, as this system pushes south Tuesday morning precip is expected to briefly switch over to flurries across the area. These will just be a pleasant sight for New Year's Eve as accumulations are not expected. Cold and breezy conditions will drop temperatures into the new year with highs tumbling to the 40s and 30s.
