Tracking sunshine to wrap up the weekend

TODAY: Clouds in the morning with patchy drizzle possible. Sunshine briefly returns in the afternoon. Temperatures reach the 50s for most, while northern Missouri is a tad cooler in the upper 40s.

TONIGHT: Light rain is possible across eastern Mid-MO overnight into early Monday. This quickly moves through from roughly 9 p.m. to 3 a.m., clearing to the southeast before the commute.

EXTENDED: Sunnier skies are expected for Monday and Tuesday with highs in the 50s. Another chance of rain late Tuesday into Wednesday will bring a steep cooldown to the 40s and 30s late week as conditions dry out.
