Tracking a warmer and windy afternoon

THIS MORNING: Light rain exits early with warmer morning temperatures in the 50s. Southerly winds pick up early in the day with gusts up to 25 mph.

TODAY: Highs climb further into the low 80s with sunshine and a warm breeze.

EXTENDED: A cold front will begin to work in from the north on Wednesday, bringing a bit of a cool down with highs in the mid-70s. Another front moves in quickly behind it on Thursday into Friday, bringing a chance for a few storms and a good cooldown into the weekend. Rain amounts are expected to be under 0.25". Expansive high pressure clears things out for the weekend, leaving us with sunshine and highs in the 60s for Saturday and Sunday.
