Tracking rising temperatures and clearing skies
TODAY: We remain mostly dry as showers stay south of the front, and highs still reach around 70 degrees despite a cooler northerly breeze.
TONIGHT: Overnight lows cool to the upper 40s with winds out of the northeast at 5-10 mph. Skies become mostly cloudy once again.
EXTENDED: Midweek is more seasonal as cool air settles in and puts highs back in the 60s. Rain surges northward late Wednesday into Thursday but how many of us see rain is still a question. The best chance for meaningful rain amounts will be to our south and east, while parts of Mid-MO could pick up a few tenths of an inch of rain. Conditions dry out into the weekend with temperatures soaring to the 80s by Saturday.
