Tracking a much warmer start to next week
TONIGHT: I'm tracking slight chances for light sprinkles (10-20%) sticking around through the evening then exiting into tomorrow morning. Temperatures are dropping down into the low 40s by the end of the night. On a different note, Daylight Saving Time ends tonight. Make sure to set your clocks back 1 hour before going to bed and replace batteries in smoke alarms.
TOMORROW: I'm tracking a mix of sunshine and clouds, along with temperatures continuing to climb into the mid to high 60s. Winds will be from the south-southwest at 5-10 mph.
EXTENDED: I'm tracking temperatures making their way into the low to mid 70s by the start of next week. Clouds are sticking around with the help of a dry frontal passage on Monday. A brief break in clouds is expected, but more return with a cold front on Wednesday. There is a 10% chance for rainfall currently Wednesday afternoon into Thursday, but widespread precipitation is not expected because of the dry air dominating mid-MO. After this front, temperatures are expected to drop back down to average for this time of the year. It'll feel a bit cooler when you step out the door Thursday and Friday.
