Tracking seasonally warm conditions through the weekend

TODAY: Clouds move back in this afternoon with temperatures reaching the mid-60s. With dry conditions and gusty southerly winds up to 25-30 mph today there's a minimal chance for fire weather through the day.

TONIGHT: Temperatures remain mild as a front sweeps through with clouds keeping lows in the mid-40s. Rain will be hard to come by tonight as dry air eats up most light showers.

EXTENDED: Saturday is a rinse-and-repeat forecast back to the 60s in the afternoon with another chance of evening rain. This round could bring more meaningful raindrops to isolated areas, but totals are expected to be less than a tenth of an inch areawide. Sunday looks drier and warmer as highs climb to the upper 60s. Highs early next week creep towards the 70-degree mark but midweek rain will put an end to that.
