Tracking mild conditions lasting into the work week
TONIGHT: I'm tracking mostly clear sky conditions and temperatures dropping into the low 40s/high 30s for mid-MO. Light winds from the NW are expected, which will help in the cooldown process.
TOMORROW: I'm tracking a dry cold front pushing through in the morning and afternoon hours, bringing a partly cloudy sky condition and stronger winds at times, approximately 10-15 mph. Temperatures reach into the low 70s by the afternoon, and clouds clear out in the afternoon to evening hours.
EXTENDED: This dry cold front will have an impact on our temperatures to start the work week, putting us back down in the mid to high 60s during the afternoon. Monday will be mostly sunny, and as Tuesday rolls around, clouds will build in the afternoon hours. This comes along with a more active setup that's set to bring chances of rainfall and storms Wednesday through Friday. Highest chances for now are expected on Thursday (50%), with the main cold front passage trending to push through Thursday night into Friday morning. After this front, temperatures are expected to take another hit and stay below average for this time of the year in the weekend.
