Another hot weather weekend ahead

TONIGHT: Warm & muggy. Lows fall to near 70.

FRIDAY: Rinse and repeat. Expect another fast warm up through the morning, with high temperatures around 91 with feels like temperatures near 100º.

EXTENDED: The heat lasts as we head into the weekend. Saturday and Sunday will both feature highs near 92. Expect feels like temperature near 100º in the afternoons. We should stay mostly dry outside of heating-of-the-day isolated storm chances. Next week looks to favor cooler than average air as a strong area of low pressure develops across the Great Lakes. This has the potential to bring some very refreshing air to mid-Missouri. High temperatures may struggle to get out of the low 80s, with lows dipping into the low 60s.
