Winds die down Monday, Next rain chance on Thursday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear skies. Winds will die down. Temperatures will be cold out the door in the morning-- in the mid 20s.

MONDAY: Winds will remain calm for most of the day as high pressure settles in. Clouds will begin to increase late in the afternoon as a weak upper level system approaches. Precip isn't expected but it will be cooler in the afternoon compared to Sunday.

EXTENDED: Clouds will decrease through Wednesday with warming temperatures. Strong southwest winds will pump in another day in the upper 50 and lows 60s on Thursday ahead of a cold front which will stall out over Missouri. Several waves of low pressure will ride along the boundary providing for some rainfall Thursday, potentially mixing with snow late Friday into Saturday. Confidence for rain is fairly high, but whether or not snow falls is low at this time.
