Tracking mild afternoons and limited storm chances into the weekend

TODAY: I'm tracking a mostly sunny and dry afternoon as temperatures warm into the mid-to-upper 80s. Winds will be shifting into the northwest throughout the afternoon hours, blowing at 4-8 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking a low chance for showers and storms to enter the area during the evening and overnight hours. Temperatures will drop back down into the mid-60s by the end of the night as winds blow out of the north at 4-8 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking clearer sky conditions returning by the afternoon hours as temperatures get back into the mid-80s by the afternoon hours of Saturday. Sunday is expected to start off sunny, but clouds will gradually return by the afternoon hours as temperatures only warm into the low 80s. This is ahead of a system bringing slightly better chances of showers and storms spread throughout Monday, which will keep temperatures from warming up anywhere past the low 80s. Slightly lower chances for storms will continue throughout Tuesday and Wednesday before drier conditions return Thursday. Throughout this entire timeframe, temperatures each afternoon will remain in the low to mid 80s.
