Tracking more ups and downs with slight rain chances through the rest of the week

TODAY: Tuesday is bright and warm. Temperatures reach back into the 60s, warmer than yesterday, and warmer than average. South winds are light, around 5-10 mph.

TONIGHT: Temperatures remain mild overnight, thanks to south wind. 50s are expected after sunset, and mid-40s will start us out on Wednesday.

EXTENDED: Most of the second half of the week is warmer, with highs expected in the low 80s under sunny skies on Wednesday, and highs reaching near 90° on Thursday. A cold front moves in Friday evening, bringing a chance for rain and thunder mostly overnight. We'll watch for thunderstorms Thursday afternoon, but it looks likely to remain dry. Friday will be notably cooler, akin the Monday's weather with partly cloudy skies and highs near 50°. Sunshine and warmer weather is expected over the weekend, with Saturday forecast in the upper 50s and Sunday expected in the 60s.
