Tracking a sunny and warm start to spring

TODAY: Tuesday is mild compared to Monday, but still overall cold. Highs are expected in the 20s thanks to some south wind returning by the afternoon.

TONIGHT: Clouds increase this afternoon ahead of a chance for showers overnight, but little to no rain will make it to the ground thanks to dry air. Temperatures remain warm overnight, in the mid-30s.

EXTENDED: We stay above freezing for the long haul, with morning lows not dipping below 40 through the rest of the forecast. Highs are expected in the 60s Wednesday, and 70s Thursday. Sunshine is forecast Wednesday and Thursday, but also through the weekend. Temperatures peak on Friday and Saturday near 80°. We're a touch cooler, but still warm Sunday with highs in the 60s-70s.
