Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on Minneapolis ICE shooting

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was in New York City on Thursday to talk about a DHS operation there.

During the news conference, Noem answered questions about the shooting of a woman by an ICE agent on Wednesday during an immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis.
