Tracking a warm and dry weekend

TODAY: Thursday is another mild day, with a return to south winds. This afternoon, those winds peak around 5-10 mph sustained. Highs reach mid-to-upper 60s.

TONIGHT: Temperatures stay in the 40s/50s overnight, as south wind continues Friday.

EXTENDED: Starting warm, sunny skies and south winds drive us into the 70s after noon. We look warm and dry still on Saturday, with partly cloudy skies and highs in the 70s. A cold front comes through Saturday night, leaving us cooler for Sunday when highs are capped in the 60s. With average highs in the 50s this time of the year, this is still seasonably warm. Our next rain chances come on Monday, along with cooler air. Highs are forecast in the 50s for the first half of next week.
