Tracking a warm and dry stretch ahead of more rain chances this weekend
TODAY: Tuesday is partly cloudy and warm. Grab the sunglasses, and leave the jacket at home. Temperatures are starting warm, and highs reach into the 80s this afternoon. Clouds will be more likely in the northwest and sunshine more likely in the southeast, but all will want sunglasses.
TONIGHT: Skies remain partly cloudy to mostly clear in the same areas overnight. Temperatures fall into the 70s this evening, and fall to the 60s by sunrise Wednesday.
EXTENDED: Wednesday is another bright and warm day, with highs near 80. This is the pattern through Friday. A cold front is expected to arrive Friday night into Saturday. Friday remains mostly dry until the evening. Depending on timing of the front, we may keep rain chances through Saturday night. Some thunderstorms will be possible, and likely more appreciable rain than our system on Monday. Cooler air is likely by the end of the weekend, with temperatures forecast in the 70s Saturday, and 60s Sunday.
