Tracking a sunny afternoon with a drier Labor Day weekend

TODAY: Gradually decreasing clouds throughout the day with highs around 80 degrees.

TONIGHT: Tracking overnight lows cooling into the upper 50s with partly cloudy skies.

EXTENDED: We remain pleasant through the holiday weekend as highs reach the lower 80s with sunshine through Monday. The pattern doesn't budge much next week with highs in the lower 80s and perhaps a chance of showers between Wednesday night and next Thursday as a weak disturbance works through.
