Tracking one last warm day ahead of a cooldown

TODAY: Sunday will be warm and partly cloudy, with a high in the 60s and a south breeze.

TONIGHT: Clouds increase this evening, ahead of a cold front. The front will shift winds from the northwest and bring a few sprinkles overnight. Less than a tenth of an inch is likely to fall.

EXTENDED: Monday is cooler behind the front. The high temperature will come in the morning, and afternoon temperatures are forecast in the 40s. The cooler trend continues the rest of the week. Rain chances return Wednesday, ahead of one more push of cold air on Thanksgiving. Exactly how the rain and cold air interacts remains uncertain, but probabilities for wintery weather are low. For now, it looks like a cool and possibly wet Wednesday, with cooler and drier air arriving for the holiday weekend. There's a chance that rain lingers into Thanksgiving, but there's also a chance that many of us miss out on this rain, as it could pass just south of us. Each run of data we get changes, and two of the main competing global forecast systems differ quite a bit. So we'll have to wait to know more in detail.
